Repositionable & Ultra-Removable PSAs | Micronax

Micronax 400-30

Micronax 400-30 is a REACH compliant and APEO-free transfer-coatable microsphere designed for applications requiring reliable adhesion and long-term clean removability as needed for challenging applications such as wide format vinyl graphics. The product formulation and coating process allows for consistent performance across various substrates, including stainless steel, glass, acrylic, and painted drywall. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Micronax 360-30

Micronax 360-30 is an APEO-free, REACH and indirect food contact compliant formulated microsphere product. It boasts high consistent adhesion while maintaining clean removability and carries improved mechanical stability and low foam generation during the coating process. Micronax 360-30 is ideal for linerless or self-wound applications. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Micronax 360-15

Micronax 360-15 DEV is a REACH-compliant and APEO-free microsphere-based product designed for aggressive, yet removable and repositionable applications. It delivers moderate adhesion while maintaining clean removability, along with superior printing capability, excellent mechanical stability, and minimal foam during the coating process. Optimized for linerless label applications, Micronax 360-15 DEV is suitable for direct coating using a variety of coating methods, including but not limited to, Mayer rod, slot-die, or gravure methods. Transfer coating is not recommended for this adhesive. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Micronax 300-05

Micronax 300-05 is an APEO-free and REACH compliant product designed for removable and repositionable pressure sensitive applications. It offers moderate adhesion while maintaining clean removability and carries excellent mechanical stability. Micronax 300-05 generates minimal foam during the coating process, designed for direct coating using a variety of methods. Transfer coatable versions are also available for Micronax 300-05 and are custom formulated for each consumer’s need. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Micronax 300-03

Micronax 300-03 DEV is an APEO-free, REACH and indirect food contact compliant microsphere product designed to be used as a processing aid and applications requiring low adhesion for removability. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Micronax 300-01

Micronax 300-01 is an APEO-free, REACH and indirect food contact compliant microsphere product. It boasts consistent adhesion and carries improved mechanical stability and low foam generation during the coating process. Micronax 300-01 DEV can be used as is or formulated for specific applications. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Removable PSAs |  Covinax

The Covinax product line consists of water-based emulsion polymers and formulated pressure sensitive adhesives developed for a wide range of unique application requirements. With product performance options ranging from freezer-grade to high heat endurance, excellent UV resistance, and specialized levels of tunable adhesion, this family of removable and permanent adhesives offers trusted solutions for demanding conditions.

Covinax 270-10

Covinax 270-10 is a coater-ready PSA developed for high performance removable applications. This product provides excellent cold temperature performance, excellent UV resistance, and great peel retention with clean removability. Covinax 270-10 also is available in a high tack version for more unique applications. Covinax 270-10 is APEO-free, REACH compliant, and free of Prop 65 substances. This product complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Covinax 240-20

Covinax 240-20 is a coater-ready, surfactant stabilized, REACH compliant APEO-free acrylic copolymer designed for high performance removable pressure sensitive applications including wall coverings and graphics. The relatively high tack and peel of this product allows it to bond well to rough surfaces, such as fabrics, without damage or residue. Franklin A&P offers customizable 240 series products that cover a wide range of peel adhesion to better fit specific requirements. Covinax 240-20 is REACH compliant, APEO-free, and complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.

Covinax 200-01

Covinax 200-01 is a REACH compliant APEO-free surfactant stabilized PSA developed for applications where clean removability is paramount, including removable vinyl graphics. Removal of the product is very smooth, non-tearing, and will leave no residue or ghost in a variety of environmental conditions. This product boasts excellent resistance to heat, and UV and/or plasticizer migration. Covinax 200-01 complies with 21 CFR FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact.
